The word &#8220;Adrakos&#8221;, which was a nickname,&#8221;adraklas&#8221;, as it is also said, comes from the cretan dialect and chracterizes a brave man in mind and soul, and majestic as the view of his beloved land.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Here was the land where he was bringing his flock to be fed, his pasture land. His livestock was as important for him as the people. It was important for him to feed the animals with the saltiness of the sea, so their meat will be extremely idea. A very strong emotion of pure happiness, gratidute, joy of sharing \u00a0and of a deep sense of self-consciousness of the here and the now. This is exactly how eveyrthing started, when the great- grandchildren of &#8220;Adrakos&#8221; began creating with their own hands. The boys, having a great adoration of their roots, they used excavating materials for the making of the hotel&#8217;s and the restaurant&#8217;s facilities from their land and from &#8220;Kalos Lakkos&#8221;, the land their great-grandfather comes from. All this happened because they wanted to keep their precious connection with their ancestors but also to blend their creations with the natural beauty of the landscape.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">They kept creating and building on their land with deference, having always in their mind that their ancestors are watching them with pride and happiness. In the meanwhile, 18 years ago the spot of the rooftop was the most abandoned in the whole place, until Anna, Kosti&#8217;s wife showed up. When they first met, Anna was visiting very often the whole place and it was her most favourite thing \u00a0to stand in this specific spot, in which the biggest area of the Terrassa restaurant sprawls. She was finding herself travelling and getting lost in this place.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
